Samkelo Mfanekiso

Samkelo Mfanekiso has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a Line Cook at Quail Valley Golf Club, River Club, and The Pointe since November 2022, and holding similar roles at Boca Woods Country Club, Trillium Links & Lakes, and BallenIsles Country Club since late 2020 and early 2019. Additionally, Samkelo has been a Senior Chef Partie at Emperors Palace Hotel Casino Convention and Entertainment Resort since January 2019, and previously worked as a Chef De Partie at Mpekweni Beach Resort from November 2017 to November 2018. Samkelo holds a diploma in food preparation and cooking from Capsicum Culinary Studio, completed in 2015.
