Misha Eady-Harbold

Misha Eady-Harbold is the current Director of Company Management & Touring at Ballet West. Prior to this, they were with Charlotte Ballet from March 2015 to November 2021, where they served as Director of Artistic Operations. Under their leadership, the company won several awards, including the prestigious Laurence Olivier Award in 2020. Misha is a highly respected figure in the ballet world, and their work has helped to shape the art form for generations to come.

Misha Eady-Harbold holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from the College of Charleston. Misha also attended Heathwood Hall Episcopal School.

Misha Eady-Harbold reports to Michael Scolamiero, Executive Director. They work with Andrew Wilson - Assistant Manager of Patron Services, Jyn Van Putten - Foundations & Government Giving Manager, and Alicia Brooks - Annual Giving Manager.
