Talia Fruchtman

Talia Fruchtman is a Designer I at Ballinger, specializing in Healthcare and Science Research Building design projects since June 2022. An active member of the firm's Sustainability Group, Talia assists in standardizing processes for the Healthcare Planning Department to enhance project efficiency in compliance with FGI codes. Previously, Talia served as an Architectural Drafter at Zone 4 Architects LLC, contributing to luxury residential and commercial projects. Earlier experience includes a Development and Design Internship at The Moinian Group, where Talia supported the executive team and enhanced renderings using Photoshop, as well as a role as an Event Coordinator at The Sports Academy. Talia holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Tulane University School of Architecture, completed in 2021.
