Grady Heath

Grady Heath has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to 2023. Grady started as an Instructor at Sunsational Swim School from May 2017 to August 2019. In June 2018, they worked as a UAA Camp Assistant at University Athletic Association Inc for a brief period. Grady then joined POOLCORP as a Warehouse Associate from June 2019 to December 2019, where they operated machinery, tracked inventory, and provided support to management and customers. In January 2020, they were promoted to Operations Manager-in-Training (MIT) at POOLCORP and supervised order preparation and shipment until May 2020. Afterwards, they worked at Easy Mix Concrete Services as an Operations employee from May 2020 to February 2021, where they coordinated sales calls, ensured safety measures, and supervised material loading. Grady then took on the role of Sales and Marketing Representative at The Long Drink Company from April 2021 to January 2022, where they marketed and represented key accounts in South Florida. From July 2021 to March 2023, they served as an Area Manager at Amazon, leading and developing a team, coaching best practices, and communicating policies. Currently, they are an Operations Coordinator at Ballyhoo Media since March 2023.

Grady Heath completed their high school education from Clay High School between 2011 and 2015. Grady then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida, from 2015 to 2019.
