Donald Westcott

Donald Westcott, MBA has held various senior-level positions in compliance and risk management throughout their career. Starting in 1993 as a Casino Dealer at Jumer's Casino & Hotel, they gained experience in the gaming industry. Donald then transitioned to Isle of Capri Casinos, where they oversaw regulatory compliance affairs and casino operations for over a decade. During this time, they pioneered the first modern riverboat/regional casinos and contributed to revenues of approximately $1 billion.

In 2007, Westcott became the Executive Director of the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission before moving on to become the Director of Regulatory Compliance at Osage Casino in 2008. Donald later joined Caesars Entertainment Corporation as the Regional Compliance Operations Leader, overseeing the central division.

Westcott further expanded their expertise as the Director of Regulatory Compliance and Audit at Bally's Corporation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Donald then served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Sionic Mobile Corporation, where they focused on compliance strategies.

In 2018, Westcott joined Fiserv as the Vice President of Enterprise Risk, Compliance, and Controls, specializing in electronic payments. Donald subsequently moved to Nuvei as the Vice President of Compliance & Bank Sponsorship for North America, before assuming the role of Global Head of Compliance.

Currently, Westcott holds the position of SVP, Global Chief Compliance Officer at Bally's Corporation. With an MBA and diverse experience in compliance and risk management, they bring valuable strategic and operational expertise to their roles.

Donald Westcott holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Donald also has several additional certifications, including Change Management Certification, Data Analytics Certification with a concentration in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, FinTech Certification with a concentration in blockchain and distributed ledger, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Management of Slot Operations Certification from the University of Nevada, Reno, and SDS Master Professional Certification from Bally Technologies.
