Aiste Launagaite

Aiste Launagaite began their work experience in 2012 as an Accountant at Western Union, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Financial Systems Analyst at the same company. In 2018, they transitioned into the role of Business Analyst/Product Owner at Western Union and held this position until 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Business Analyst at Baltic Amadeus, starting in February 2021.

Aiste Launagaite has a Master's degree in Economics from Vilnius University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, also from Vilnius University, from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their academic degrees, Aiste has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in November 2021, the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from ILX Group in November 2017, the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from ILX Group in December 2017, the SAFe Agilist Certification - Leading Safe from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2019, and the SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Course from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2019.
