Oksana Šniak

Oksana Šniak has a diverse work experience in various roles. Oksana started their professional career in 2018 as a Therapist at ISADD Lithuania, where they taught children with autistic spectrum syndrome essential skills for better adaptation in society. Oksana also had to communicate with clients regarding their children's progress and handle conflicts. In 2019, Oksana interned at Cognizant as part of the Recruitment Team, where they learned recruitment techniques, including using databases like CVonline, WorkinLithuania, and LinkedIn, posting job offers, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling appointments. Later in 2020, they joined Zenitech as an IT Recruiter and then moved to Orion Innovation as an HR Manager, where they gained experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently, they work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Baltic Amadeus.

Oksana Šniak obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mykolas Romeris University, graduating in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Vilnius Justinas Vienozinskis Art School from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued studies in Art/Art Studies, General.
