Michelle Lim

Michelle Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and administration. Currently serving as Business Manager at The Baltic Exchange since May 2022, Michelle previously held positions such as Associate and Office Manager at Optimas Capital Limited from June 2021 to May 2022, and Administrator at the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration from February 2017 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Personal Assistant cum HR Executive at Moore Stephens LLP from April 2016 to November 2016. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from the University of Essex, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from PSB Academy, completed in 2014.
