Elin Näse

Elin Näse has over 14 years of work experience, starting in 2006. Elin began their career at Stiftelsen för Åbo Akademi as a Portfolio Assistant, where they worked from February 2006 to January 2012. In 2013, they joined Optima Samkommun as a Projektledare (Project Manager) for Digital Horisont, and later became an HR Coordinator in January 2018. In 2019, they moved to Baltic Yachts Oy Ab Ltd, where they first worked as an HR and Payroll Manager from September 2019 to January 2020, and is currently serving as the Head of HR since January 2020.
