Ken Pierce

Ken Pierce has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ken currently holds the position of Director of Operations - Americas at Baltimore Aircoil Company since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Polaris Industries as the Lean Director - Global Operations from 2017 to 2023, and as a Lean Manager from 2015 to 2017. Ken Pierce earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, which they completed between 1985 and 1989. Ken later pursued a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Management at GMI Engineering & Management Institute (now Kettering University) from 1993 to 1996.
