Roberto Magni

Roberto Magni is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the HVAC and refrigeration industries. Currently serving as General Manager for South East Europe at Baltimore Aircoil Company EMENA since March 2024, Roberto previously held the position of CEO MD at LUVE France from January 2022 to March 2024. Prior to that, Roberto was Sales & Marketing Director for LU-VE Group and held various senior sales and management roles at Robertshaw and Johnson Controls from 1992 to 2020. Professional responsibilities have included overseeing European markets, managing product lines, driving business growth, and developing relationships with key stakeholders across diverse channels. Roberto holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has pursued musical training at the Conservatorio di Parma.
