Sherrona Lawrence

Sherrona Lawrence, MSOL, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of Operations & Culture at the Baltimore Children and Youth Fund since June 2023. In addition to this role, Sherrona owns Simplicity Business Solutions, providing HR business consulting since February 2020. Previous experience includes positions at Eurofins as a Sr. Employee Relations Group Leader and Senior Benefits Specialist from February 2022 to June 2023, and at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. as a Benefits Administrator from January 2014 to July 2019. From September 2002 to May 2013, Sherrona managed benefits for the County of York. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University (July 2020 - September 2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University (2015 - 2019).
