Matthew Rappaport

Matthew Rappaport has a diverse work experience history. Matthew currently holds the position of Chief of Fiscal Services at Baltimore City, Department of General Services, starting in May 2023, after serving as the Deputy Chief of Fiscal Services from May 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Baltimore City Department of Public Works from December 2020 to May 2021. Before their time in Baltimore, Matthew worked for the City of Baltimore, where they held various roles including Special Assistant to the Deputy Mayor for Public Safety, Senior Revenue and Financial Planning Analyst, and Budget Management Analyst from 2016 to 2020. Matthew completed their undergraduate studies at Penn State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Journalism and a minor in Political Science. Matthew obtained their high school diploma from Montclair High School. In addition, Matthew has a Certificate of Completion in the MIINT Curriculum and Case Competition from The Turner MIINT (MBA Impact Investing Network & Training), obtained in 2023.
