Jacqueline Brinkmann

Jacqueline Brinkmann, M.S., has extensive experience in human resources and direct support within various organizations. Currently serving as an HR Generalist II at Baltimore City Department of Public Works since September 2023 and previously held multiple roles at Target Community & Educational Services, Inc. since February 2020, including Direct Support Professional, Assistant Living Director, Community Living Manager, and Human Resources Intern. Jacqueline's career also includes a position as Client Relations Manager at Enforme and an internship at Greenpop. Jacqueline holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from McDaniel College and a degree in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego Department of Urban Studies & Planning.
