Johnathan Davis, LPC, NCC, serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc. since August 2021, providing strategic oversight for enhancements in crisis services, including the 988 Regional Call Center and behavioral health initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Administrator for DC Government DHS overseeing homeless services, Executive Director at Covenant Community Inc. focusing on substance abuse treatment for homeless individuals, and significant board positions promoting recovery and substance abuse programs. With a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University Atlanta and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgia State University, Johnathan combines extensive leadership experience with a strong educational background in mental health and community services.
