Heather Blake

Heather Blake is a seasoned instructional designer and educator with extensive experience in developing and implementing training programs. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Baltimore Gas and Electric since May 2023, Heather previously held multiple roles at Prince George's County Public Schools from January 2015 to May 2023, where notable achievements included leading training for over 100 educators and designing documentation systems for accreditation. Heather also contributed as an Instructional Design Intern at IDOL Courses Academy and as an Instructional Designer for Spizzy Smoothies and Teas, demonstrating expertise in eLearning development and client engagement. With a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Bowie State University, Heather combines educational background with practical skills to enhance learning experiences.
