Shadae Gates

Shadae Wallace possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra since September 2022. Previously, Shadae held the role of Senior Director of Finance at the same organization. Prior to this position, Shadae worked at NovaTech LLC as an Accountant and at AP Benefit Advisors, LLC in various roles, including Billing Specialist and Staff Accountant. Additional experience includes positions as a Staff Accountant at Armada Global and Client Accounting Coordinator at All Risks, Ltd. Shadae's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Community College of Baltimore County, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Wilkes University.
