Rudzani Nentsuni

Rudzani Nentsuni is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as Chef at Baltusrol Golf Club since May 2021, Rudzani also holds the position of Sous Chef at African Pride Irene Country Lodge, Autograph Collection since December 2018, and has been a Catering Manager at Reef Caterers since July 2017. Additionally, Rudzani managed at Mustard Tex Trading starting in January 2012, and previously worked as a Chef at West Palm Beach Marriott from October 2019 to August 2022. Rudzani Nentsuni holds a Professional Cookery Certificate from HTA Culinary School, completed in 2009, and is a graduate of Matavhela High School.
