Abdoulaye Fall has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Abdoulaye currently holds a position as a Member of the Consell Consultiu at Fundació Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Previously, they worked as an Acquisition and Retail Manager at Baluwo. Abdoulaye also founded MainGate Association, where they aimed to support migrants with higher education degrees in pursuing professional careers in Spain. Abdoulaye was a Member of the Migration Expert Group at the European Commission and served as a Program Manager at the Self-Funded Communities Association, where they focused on promoting savings, community empowerment, and fighting financial and social exclusion. Abdoulaye Fall's education history begins in 1994 when they enrolled at Université Cheikh Anta Diop - Dakar to pursue a Master's degree in English. Abdoulaye successfully completed the program in 1998.
