Ahmed Alhamzawi

Ahmed Alhamzawi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth management, entrepreneurship, and chemical engineering. Currently serving as the Growth Manager at Baly since May 2021, Ahmed leads growth initiatives across multiple sectors, positioning Baly as a premier super app in Iraq. As a founder of Photonect, an online marketplace for photographers, Ahmed has innovated ways for consumers to explore photography services. Previous roles include Senior Chemical Engineer at Wadi Al-Rafidain Company, where Ahmed managed product segments, and various positions such as Manager at WardyBeauty and Member of Parliament in the Iraqi Youth Parliament. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Technology in Iraq.
