David Nicholson

Sir David Nicholson is a values-based, delivery-focused leader. After spending eight years heading the NHS in England, the most extensive integrated healthcare system globally, he turned his attention to Global Universal Healthcare (UHC), achieving impact via innovation, working with governments to support its implantation.

Sir David also has a variety of positions in his current portfolio; he holds a Chair at the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, a Chair at the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Sustainability and Transformation Partnership, a sit in the Board of Governors at the Nottingham Trent University, a Chair at the Universal Healthcare Forum of the World Innovation Summit for Health, a sit as an advisor for KPMG Global and TPG Evercare, a position as visiting Professor at the Global Health Imperial College Institute of Global Health and Innovation, and the role as Non-Executive Director at the Lifecycle Group.

He enjoys history, politics, reading, and music.
