Rebecca Metcalf

Rebecca Metcalf is an experienced Employee Experience Coordinator at Clearlink, responsible for organizing wellness and community events for over 800 hybrid employees and gathering employee feedback to improve the workforce experience. Additionally, Rebecca co-coordinates the Freedom Days festival, managing vendor relations and overseeing event operations for large crowds. Previous roles include internships at Southwest Airlines and Walker Edison, where Rebecca focused on employee engagement and culture building. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University, Rebecca combines event management expertise with a strong foundation in experience design.
