Georgia Denny is a seasoned Leadership and Career Coach, currently leading the Georgia Denny Coaching and Consulting practice, offering a transformational 12-week Career Compass Coaching program that empowers clients to achieve career clarity and pursue meaningful goals. With extensive experience at Westpac Group, Georgia contributed to diversity initiatives, designing programs such as the Women in Leadership Career Transition program and achieving significant female representation in leadership roles. Georgia has also held positions at Bambuddha Group as a Leadership Coach, and at Astbury Marsden in recruitment, working across Hong Kong and London. Georgia’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Otago, supplemented by international studies in finance and business, as well as certifications in organizational coaching from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
