Behar Goxhuli

Behar Goxhuli is the current Head of Project Management at Bambus Group. Prior to this, they were the Quality Manager at Modern Way Of Connection from January 2014 to April 2019. In this role, they were responsible for understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes, as well as devising and reviewing specifications of processes. Behar also established the company’s quality procedures, standards and other specifications, and liaised with other managers and staff to provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards.

Before their role at Modern Way Of Connection, Behar Goxhuli was the Quality Assurance at Inoconn from April 2010 to April 2014. In this role, they were responsible for interpreting, building upon, and complying with company quality assurance standards; creating quality measurements to track improvement in products; executing quality improvement testing and activities; and adhering to industry quality and safety standards. Behar also created reports documenting errors and issues for fixing, and worked closely with the development team to improve existing products.

Behar Goxhuli earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina".
