Dr. Stephen Moore

Dr. Stephen Moore has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2005. In 2005, they were a C# SQL programmer/analyst at Aughinish Alumina. From 2006-2008, they were a Teaching Assistance at the University of Surrey. From 2009-2011, they were an Image Processing Researcher at Tessera. From 2011-2014, they were a Vision Systems Expert at Valeo Vision Systems and Chief Technology Officer at IMRSV. In 2017, they were Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Emotion Reader (Acquired by Kairos) and Advisor at Blackbox AI. From 2018-2020, they were Chief Scientific Officer at Kairos\u2014\u200aFace Recognition Made Easy. Currently, they are the VP of AI & Data Science at BAMF Health.

Dr. Stephen Moore has a comprehensive education history. Dr. Stephen obtained a BSc in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick between 2001 and 2005. Dr. Stephen then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Vision at the University of Surrey, which they completed in 2010. In 2007, they also completed research in Computer Vision at the Kyushu Institute of Technology. Most recently, in 2016, Dr. Moore completed a course in Tackling the Challenges of Big Data, Big Data at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
