Roser Vallès Navarro

Roser Vallès Navarro is the Directora del programa para la autosuficiencia en plasma at Banc de Sang i Teixits, responsible for strategic planning to achieve plasma self-sufficiency in Catalonia, training and monitoring hemodonation doctors, and overseeing hemovigilance. Previously, Roser served as Responsable de la promoción de la donació, managing a team of 30 and increasing donor engagement significantly, as well as dealing with crisis situations such as the Barcelona attacks in 2017. Prior roles include coordinating the promotion of organ and tissue donation at Generalitat de Catalunya, where Roser expanded outreach efforts and worked closely with national health organizations. As Directora General de Ordenación y Regulación Sanitarias, Roser managed a large team, handled international relations, and represented healthcare interests in various media. A medical graduate from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Roser also holds a master's degree in healthcare administration and a diploma in public health.
