Chad Downum

Chad Downum has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Chad is currently working as the Vice President, IT Service Manager at Banc of California, where they manage the Service Desk technical team and collaborates with various IT support groups. Prior to this, Chad worked as the Vice President, IT Services Manager at Pacific Mercantile Bank, where they directed and advised the IT staff and led technological projects across different departments. Chad also has experience in operations supervision and technical support at Service Response Partners, LLC, as well as a lead house supervisor role at Frienship Shelter, Inc. Chad has also worked in community outreach and education at Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force, marketing at MIND Research Institute, and music/outreach at Turning Point Christian Fellowship. Additionally, they have held positions as a services assistant/technical support at China Source and a worship leader at La Habra Christian Church. Chad's work experience dates back to their time as a student at Hope International University.

Chad Downum attended Hope International University from 2004 to 2006. Chad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree during their time at the university, with a focus on Intercultural Studies and Music.
