Crc Vincent Pitts

Vincent Pitts, CRC, has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Vincent started their career as an Associate at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in 1984. Vincent then moved on to become an Associate National Bank Examiner at the Comptroller of the Currency from 1984 to 1987.

After this, Vincent worked as a Treasury Analyst at Angeles Corporation, where they managed a significant short-term investment portfolio and improved management reports using Lotus. Following their role at Angeles Corporation, they joined First Interstate Bank of California as the Vice President of Credit Review Analyst II. Here, they analyzed bank and holding company assets to ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations. Vincent also identified violations of credit policies and law, allowing the bank to avoid regulatory scrutiny.

Vincent then became the Vice President of Credit Administration at United Pacific Bank, where they were responsible for managing credit administration, including underwriting, loan documentation, credit analysis, and loan officer duties for large clients. Vincent also developed and trained credit analysts and prepared portfolio reports for the board of directors.

Vincent later joined City National Bank as the Vice President and Senior Credit Risk Review Officer, overseeing examinations of the bank's credit assets and ensuring compliance with credit policies. Vincent'srole covered a wide range of credit products, including consumer credit and complex real estate transactions.

Most recently, Vincent worked at Banc of California as the Vice President and Senior Credit Review Examiner, where they contributed to the examination of credit assets to ensure compliance with bank credit policies.

Throughout their career, Vincent has demonstrated skills in credit risk management, underwriting, loan documentation, loan administration, and financial analysis.

Vincent Pitts, CRC, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the University of Denver. Vincent attended the university from 1980 to 1984. Additionally, Vincent obtained two certifications in Credit Risk from The Risk Management Association in April 2013.
