Adrian-Florin Predescu

Adrian-Florin Predescu has extensive experience in legal and insolvency roles, currently serving as the Coordinator of Legal Experts and Insolvency Team at BCR since March 2018, where additional responsibilities include supervising the Hard Collection Office and coordinating the Retail Insolvency Team. Prior to BCR, Adrian-Florin held positions at FINECO INSOLVENCY SPRL as a Senior Consultant and at MITU Insolvency as a Project Manager. Experience also includes serving as an Experience Legal Advisor at BDO Business Restructuring and as a Legal Advisor at GLOBAL MONEY RECOVERY SPRL. Adrian-Florin's academic background includes a degree from Universitatea din Oradea - Facultatea de Stiinte Juridice and professional mediation training from the Asociatia Centrul de Mediere Craiova.
