Ana Daniela Urzica

Ana Daniela Urzica has over 17 years of experience in the banking industry, currently serving as a Product Manager at BCR since March 2012. In this role, Ana Daniela is responsible for retail current account and transactions analysis, portfolio performance analysis, proposing new pricing measures, and collaborating on marketing campaigns. Prior to BCR, Ana Daniela held positions at Raiffeisen Bank Romania as a Product Coordinator and Call Center Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising teams of call center officers, evaluating performance, and participating in recruitment processes. Ana Daniela holds two Bachelor's Degrees in Banking and Financial Support Services from Academia de Studii Economice din București, one obtained in 2005 and the other in 2007.
