Anda Peica

Anda Peica is a seasoned professional in Business Intelligence with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as the Business Intelligence Solutions Lead at BCR since January 2020, Anda is responsible for creating and implementing Business Intelligence strategies that maximize data value. Previously, Anda held the position of Business Intelligence Engineer at First Bank SA and worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst and Business Analyst at Raiffeisen Bank Romania. Anda's expertise encompasses the development of BI applications, data analysis, dashboard creation, and collaboration with various business units, focusing on data quality and governance. Anda holds a Master's degree in Banking and Insurance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București, complemented by a Bacalaureat in Mathematics and Computer Science.
