Cristina Ganciu

Cristina Ganciu has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Sales Team Coordinator and Senior Asset Manager at BCR since January 2013. In this role, Cristina focuses on maximizing revenues from the sale of residential real estate assets and coordinating marketing strategies aligned with the bank's portfolio objectives. Responsibilities include proposing sales and marketing strategies for the management of repossessed assets.
