Tommaso Di Russo

Tommaso Di Russo is the head of the Chief Financial Officer & Strategy Area of ​​Banca Generali.

Di Russo graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 1987, becoming a Chartered Accountant in 1995 and Auditor in 1998. He began his career at IMI - Istituto Mobiliare Italiano in 1989 where he quickly grew to become responsible for budgeting and planning for the entire Group. In 1999 he joined Banca Fideuram as head of the Planning Department to become General Manager of Fideuram Vita in 2004. In 2005 he returned to the parent company Banca Fideuram first as head of the Planning Department and in 2009 he became Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for the areas of Management Control and Planning, Administration, Budget, Finance, and Special Projects.

From 10 April 2017, he joined the Banca Generali Group assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for the CFO & Strategy Area to which the Administration Department, the Finance Department, the Planning a,nd Control Department, the Strategic Planning Department, the Investor Relations Service and the Presidium 262.
