Carlos Sierra

Carlos Sierra is an experienced professional in customer experience and sales management, currently serving as Gerente de Experiencia del Cliente and previously as Gerente de Ventas at Bancaribe since September 2017. Prior to this role, Carlos spent over a decade at Citi from April 2005 to April 2017, where responsibilities included Gerente de Contact Center.
