Louis DiGrazia has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the construction and sanitation industry. Louis started their career in 1985 as the Superintendent of Public Works for the Inc Village of Freeport, where they served until 2009. During this time, they also briefly held the role of Assistant Superintendent of Public Works in 1995. In 2009, they joined H2M as the Director of Construction Services for a short period. From 2010 to 2016, Louis worked as the Commissioner of Sanitation for the Town of Hempstead, overseeing collection operations, sanitation code enforcement, safety, recycling, and other responsibilities. Since 2016, they have been working as the Vice President of Bancker Construction Corp. Overall, Louis DiGrazia has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in the construction and sanitation field through their significant roles in multiple organizations.
Louis DiGrazia attended Nassau Community College from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting. Louis later returned to Nassau Community College from 1985 to 1990 and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Civil Engineering.
