Paulo Romero has extensive experience in product management and development within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Product Manager at Banco BV since January 2020, Paulo focuses on delivering product solutions and managing product lifecycles. Prior experience includes a role as Coordenador de Produtos at The Hive Brasil, where responsibilities encompassed cash management product development and metrics generation. As a Product Owner, Paulo managed the Product Backlog for banking services, utilizing agile methodologies to drive value delivery. Previous roles include senior test analyst and software test programming analyst at RSI Informática, overseeing project portfolios and leading testing teams, as well as providing back-office support for cash management products at TeleTech Brasil. Paulo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Nove de Julho, earned from 2002 to 2006.
