João Franco

João Franco is a seasoned marketer with extensive experience in digital marketing and customer support. Currently serving as a marketer at Banco Carregosa since June 2023, João previously worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media Manager for the Portuguese Army's Human Resources Department from October 2015 to March 2022, following military training. Prior to this role, experience as a Contact Manager in customer support at NOS SGPS was gained from March 2014 to September 2015. João holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and a Master's Degree in Digital Marketing from Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto, along with additional qualifications in Business Communication and Social Media Marketing from Porto Business School and FLAG, respectively. João also completed an Executive Program in Exponential Business Administration at Nova School of Business and Economics.
