Roberto Carlos Ramirez Alvarenga

Roberto Carlos Ramirez Alvarenga is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in macroeconomic modeling, public investment, and economic research. Currently serving as Sub Secretario de Crédito e Inversión Pública at Secretaría de Finanzas - Gobierno de Honduras and as an Independent Consultant at LxK consulting, Roberto has been with Banco Central de Honduras since August 2004, progressing to Chief of Macroeconomic Modeling Section. Previous roles include Economic Researcher and analista IV, where responsibilities included generating and analyzing economic data across various sectors. Roberto holds two Master's degrees in Economics from Williams College, enhancing expertise in statistical and econometric analysis for public and private economic indicators.
