Alessandro Fraga

Alessandro Fraga is a Specialist at Banco Central do Brasil since August 2010, with previous experience as a Telecommunications Consultant at Oi/Telemar and Brasil Telecom. Alessandro also worked as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer at Claro. Alessandro holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidade de Brasília, and a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the same university.
