Prior to this, Luciano gained experience at SONDA and CTIS, where Luciano focused on UX methodologies, frontend development, and managing technical aspects of web portals and systems. Luciano's expertise spans from technical management to developing applications in various programming languages and frameworks. Luciano holds postgraduate degrees in UX design, web development, and IT governance.
