Alfonsina Guzman Garcia

Alfonsina Guzman Garcia is an accomplished technology infrastructure leader with extensive experience in the banking and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Jefa de Infraestructura Tecnologica at Banco FIE since April 2018, Alfonsina oversees the bank's technological infrastructure and leads significant projects such as internet banking and mobile banking initiatives. Prior to this role, Alfonsina held positions including Directora Infraestructura Corporativa and Administradora de Base de Datos at YPFB Corporacion from March 2014 to January 2018, as well as various roles at the Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas from July 2001 to March 2014. Alfonsina holds a degree in Ingeniera de Sistemas from Universidad Católica Boliviana and has furthered education with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad NUR, multiple diplomas focusing on higher education and financial inclusion, and a postgraduate diploma in Virtual Higher Education from Universidad Nacional Siglo XX.
