Axell Paredes

Axell Paredes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and process optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Banco GyT Continental since December 2021, Axell leads multidisciplinary teams in executing digital projects that enhance channel functionality and improve customer experience. Previously held roles include Product Owner at Banco GyT Continental, Project Engineer at Tigo Guatemala where responsibilities included managing value chain optimization projects, and Process Analyst at Cervecería Centro Americana S.A., focusing on SAP ERP implementation. Axell started as a Mathematics Teacher at Colegio Decroly Americano and provided customer service as a Call Center Agent at Allied Global BPO. Axell holds an MBA with an Executive focus from Formato Educativo Escuela de Negocios and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, as well as a teaching credential in Mathematics and Physical Sciences.
