Rosabel Henriquez

Rosabel Henriquez has extensive experience in IT risk management, information security, and fraud prevention, currently serving as the Head of IT Risk, Information Security and Fraud at BICSA Panama since March 2017. In this role, Rosabel leads a team to develop and implement a comprehensive risk management system tailored to the bank's needs. Prior to this position, Rosabel provided IT consulting services to ensure compliance with FFIEC standards and held various managerial roles in IT security across multiple financial institutions, including Capital Bank and Banco Latinoamericano de Exportaciones. An early career at the United Nations involved supporting ICT operations for the Regional Services Centre for Latin America and the Caribbean. Rosabel holds a PostGraduate degree in Systems Audit, an MBA in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering.
