Shasnell Waugh

Shasnell Waugh is an experienced project manager currently serving as Oficial de Proyectos Portafolio Estratégico at BICSA Panama since October 2014. In this role, Waugh administers the strategic portfolio of the bank, enhancing PMO practices and strengthening controls, monitoring, and risk mitigation throughout project execution. Prior experience includes serving as Administrador de Proyectos Estratégicos, focusing on technology and regulatory projects, and leading multidisciplinary innovation teams. From October 2008 to September 2014, Waugh worked as Jefa de proyectos at Electro Sistemas de Panama, where responsibilities included designing and implementing specialized systems tailored to client needs. Waugh holds multiple degrees, including a Máster en Liderazgo Innovador from ESEUNE Business School, a Maestria en Gestion de Proyectos from Universidad Tecnologica de Panama, and an Ingenieria in Electronica y Telecomunicaciones from the same institution.
