Sebastian Hurtado is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the political risk consultancy sector and finance. As the President and Founder of PRÓFITAS since November 2003, Sebastian has established the firm as the leading political risk consultancy in Ecuador. In addition, Sebastian co-founded friendlytransfer.com in November 2015, focusing on facilitating affordable local currency exchanges among friends globally. Sebastian serves on several boards, including Banco Internacional Ecuador and the Cámara de Comercio Ecuatoriano Americana - AMCHAM, and holds positions on the editorial board of Primicias and the advisory board of Dundee Precious Metals Ecuador. Sebastian holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
