Kaleon Lau Gan

Kaleon Lau Gan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Executive Director and Head of M&A for Corporate Finance at Santander Perú since May 2023. Previously, Kaleon held the position of Executive Director in Investment Banking at BTG Pactual from July 2022 to May 2023, and worked as a Private Equity Senior Associate at Nexus Group from February 2021 to July 2022. Additional experience includes a role as Subgerente Desarollo de Negocios Retail at Interbank, along with various positions at Nexus Group, Fxprimus Peru, the Universidad de Lima, and the Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo. Kaleon Lau Gan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad de Lima, obtained in 2012.
