Cécile Monico

Cécile Monico is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in banking, consulting, and finance, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Strategic Initiatives at Santander since May 2023. Previously, Cécile led the Global Client Lifecycle Management service line at Luxoft, generating over $20 million in revenue within three and a half years. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Talan, where Cécile focused on profitable growth and client relationships, and Programme Director for the CLM Transformation Programme at Santander UK. Cécile has also held transformative positions at Société Générale, Alexander Mann Solutions, Entrepreneurial Ventures, Bryan, Garnier & Co, AXA Life, and Exane BNP Paribas. Cécile's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Project Management from EM Normandie Business School and a Finance, Tax & Legal Diploma from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
