Hiroshi Shibata

Hiroshi Shibata is an experienced professional in design operations and strategy, currently serving as Associate Design Director and Design Strategy Lead at Santander since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Fjord, part of Accenture Interactive, from February 2017 to June 2021, where Hiroshi contributed significantly to the development of digital products for fintechs and conducted qualitative research to improve employee retention and customer experience for a microfinance bank. Additional experience includes working as a Digital Designer at Rappi, creating app content for major brands, and serving as an Apple Campus Representative intern, where Hiroshi developed workshops on technology utilization in education. Hiroshi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Universidad del Valle de México, completed in 2016.
