Gabriela Pareja

Gabriela Pareja currently serves as CISO and Gerente de Compliance IT at BANCO SOLIDARIO S.A. since April 2015, with a focus on planning, organizing, and managing IT risks, as well as ensuring compliance with IT objectives and regulations. Previously, Gabriela held the position of Senior IT Auditor at the same company, conducting risk-based evaluations in IT governance, information security management, and business process assurance. Prior to BANCO SOLIDARIO S.A., Gabriela worked as a Senior IT Auditor at Banco Central del Ecuador from April 2006 to April 2015, specializing in auditing IT systems and processes. Gabriela holds an MBA with a specialization in Digital Transformation and Information Technology from Universidad Internacional SEK, and a degree in Systems Engineering and Informatics from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE.
