Cristiane Vargas

Cristiane Vargas is an experienced leader in organizational and IT transformation, currently serving as the Head of Transformation Office at Banco BV since April 2022, where a sustainable Agile Transformation is designed to enhance customer centricity. Prior to this role, Cristiane spent nearly two decades at Serasa Experian, advancing through positions from Software Developer to IT Executive Manager, where notable achievements include leading a successful Organizational Transformation project that significantly increased productivity and cost efficiency, as well as implementing critical IT governance and service management processes. Cristiane holds an MBA in Information Technology from FGV and a degree in Computer Science from Universidade Católica de Santos, complemented by further education at the University of California, Berkeley.
